Made from locally sourced Pecan from an East Austin neighborhood, these benches are a perfect fit for any entryway or dining table.  The pecan used in this set was sourced and milled from an East Austin Pecan that had fallen and was destined for the landfill.  I was able to secure the trunk and main limbs and mill on site to ensure that this tree wouldn't be another wasted treasure.  These are among the first pieces made from lumber which was harvested, milled and built from local trees that I have saved. The base is made up of raw steel 1/4" flat bar to give it a very minimal look.

Finish: Finished with an all natural, plant-based oil finish to bring out the natural beauty of the Pecan seats.
